Well House

This 9'x11' woodbine sandstone building housed a pump which pumped water from a 600' deep artesian well.  This water was used to water the palatial grounds.

Greenhouse

The greenhouse kept the casino supplied with fresh flowers.

This building housed the cooling system that cooled Fred and Mary Browning's living quarters and the casino.
