Alicia Massingill
PROFESSOR
Alicia Massingill was born in Fort Worth, Texas. She has lived in Texas all of her life, most of it in the Metroplex area. She received Jesus as her savior when she was seven years old She is married to Mahlon L. Massingill, Jr., and they have two children, Trey Massingill and Laurel Bartlett. Trey and his wife and three children live in Burleson, Texas. Laurel Bartlett, her husband Scott and son Kolby also live in Burleson. Scott is a graduate of ABC and Laurel will be an ABC graduate in May of 2006.
EDUCATION
Alicia received her B. A. in English/Biology from the University of Texas at Arlington and a M. Ed. Adm. and Superintendent Certification from Tarleton State University.
EXPERIENCE
Alicia has been involved in the public schools of Texas for over thirty years. She has taught middle school science and Language Arts as well as science at the high school level. She has been an Assistant Principal, a Principal, Assistant Superintendent, Chief Financial Officer, Instructional Specialist, and Superintendent of Schools.
